Building Bridges: Urban and Eco-Community Connections

In partnership with the Polytechnic University of Athens, we organize a series of three events that focus on the development of urban communities and their connection to eco-communities in Greece and abroad. The events include panel discussions with community leaders, workshops on sustainable living, and case studies of successful eco-community initiatives. Participants will explore how urban communities can adopt practices that support local sustainability projects and strengthen ties with rural eco-communities. The events aim to spark interest in community-driven initiatives and offer pathways for city dwellers to transition into more sustainable, nature-connected lifestyles. The ultimate goal is to create a network of communities that share resources, knowledge, and support, facilitating the growth of sustainable living in both urban and rural settings.
