Volunteer hosting: Welcome international experts who can contribute to I.D.E.A.’s initiatives, such as website management, social media, newsletter content, and workshop facilitation.
Knowledge exchange: Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions where volunteers can offer their expertise in areas that support I.D.E.A.’s activities.
Skill development: Create opportunities for volunteers to enhance their professional skills while working on meaningful projects that align with I.D.E.A.’s mission.
Program evaluation: Regularly assess the impact of the Workaway program by gathering feedback from volunteers and identifying areas for improvement.
Volunteer Tasks:
Assist in website management and updates, ensuring it aligns with current events and activities.
Help organize and promote workshops for community engagement, including creating content for social media.
Provide assistance in preparing newsletters and tracking communication between I.D.E.A. and the Workaway community.
Expert Tasks:
Manage and improve I.D.E.A.’s digital presence, ensuring the website and social media channels reflect the organization's core values and mission.
Facilitate training workshops for members and volunteers, sharing expertise in areas like social media marketing or content creation.
Design and implement strategies for evaluating and improving the overall Workaway experience, ensuring the program’s growth and success.
