Learning Materials: Participants engage with videos and reading materials about I.D.E.A.’s operations and the principles of impactful community work.
Guided Planning: One-on-one meetings with I.D.E.A.’s founder to help participants plan and execute small-scale community projects.
Action-Oriented: Encourage participants to move from ideation to execution, starting their own projects that address local issues.
Volunteer Tasks:
Engage in the workshop by completing the learning modules and participating in one-on-one meetings with the founder.
Plan and initiate small community projects that reflect personal passions or address local challenges.

Expert Tasks:
Guide participants in the use of basic computer tools to implement transparency and track project outcomes.
